This explains what Strasheim3D collects through this website and what we do with it.
We don't collect or store your card number. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
Only to quote, print, ship and support your orders, keep your account working, answer your messages, and meet tax and accounting requirements. We don't sell your information, and we don't use your designs for anything except your orders.
Files are private. Unless you save them to your account, we delete them 90 days after your order is finished. Saved parts stay until you delete them from your account.
We share only what each one needs to do its job:
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Account and order records are kept while your account is open and as long as needed for taxes and accounting. Design files follow the rules above.
You can update your details or delete saved parts and messages from your account. To get a copy of your information or have your account deleted, email [email protected].
